I help keep cases moving smoothly and support both the legal team and clients throughout the claims process. My bachelor’s degree in psychology helps me connect with clients and understand their needs. 10+ years of professional experience in both hospitality and personal injury law allows me to communicate clearly, multitask, and solve problems on the fly.
