As the Settlement Coordinator, I oversee the disbursement of settlement funds and serve as the main point of contact between our firm, medical providers, and lienholders. I work diligently to negotiate and reduce repayment of outstanding medical bills, allowing our clients to retain the greatest possible portion of their settlement and move forward with financial peace of mind. I also help manage the intake and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they feel supported from the moment they contact our firm. This includes gathering essential information, coordinating immediate next steps, and helping clients transition smoothly into the continued medical treatment they need.

My professional background spans personal injury law, healthcare operations, and Spanish–English medical interpreting. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and baking, trying new restaurants and cuisines, and spending time with my family.
